Our Human Resources Policy
Employees from different cultures and with expertise in diverse disciplines are what make Binovative’s approach to innovation so rich and distinctive.
Our human resources policy is built on three core principles:
Combating All Forms of Discrimination
-
Ensuring equality for all employees – particularly between women and men – in recruitment, job descriptions, salary, benefits, working hours, paid leave, appointments, access to training opportunities and promotions, and taking measures against any practice that could create direct or indirect discrimination in these areas.
-
Developing policies to prevent any discrimination among candidates during the recruitment process based on the schools or universities they have graduated from.
-
Shaping our promotion policy on the basis of merit, existing competencies at the time of hiring, and new skills acquired over the course of employment.
-
Opposing all forms of verbal, behavioural and physical harassment in the workplace and among employees, and actively combating such behaviour, including by applying appropriate sanctions where necessary.
-
Implementing onboarding and mentoring programmes to help new hires adapt to their roles and to the work environment.
-
Ensuring that, in recruitment processes, the same standards apply to relatives of company shareholders, board members, managers and employees as to all other candidates, and putting in place measures to prevent any form of preferential treatment or discrimination.
Creating a Work Environment That Takes Occupational Safety and Privacy into Account
-
Prioritising the health and safety of all employees in the workplace, and taking the necessary measures to implement standards that comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations in every country where we operate.
-
Establishing and implementing standards that enable employees to maintain a healthy and reasonable balance between their private lives and their professional responsibilities.
-
Creating and enforcing policies that allow employees to enjoy as much freedom as possible in their private lives – including their activity on social media and other digital platforms – provided that they fulfil the responsibilities and duties assigned to them by the company as expected and refrain from any behaviour that could damage the company’s reputation.
-
In all countries where we operate, collecting, processing and sharing employees’ personal data strictly in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
-
Communicating all measures and rules defined in the areas above clearly to all employees.
Being a Binovative Team Member…
Creating a Work Environment Where Team Members Will Increase Their Job Satisfaction and Feel Valued
Binovative set out with the ambition of hiring the most qualified experts in its fields of activity and contributing to their personal and professional development. In this context, we aim to create a work environment where our employees feel valued and where mutual trust is a cornerstone of everyday collaboration.
As a company, we attach special importance to giving our team members the opportunity to gain experience in different roles and, where possible, in different geographies. Our goal is for them to learn how to perform their responsibilities with a strong focus on quality and excellence. When assessing the managerial skills of the leaders we develop, we also consider their ability to empower the experts they work with, encouraging them to take initiative within the scope of their responsibilities.
We place great emphasis on mutual respect in relationships among our team members. To this end, we have introduced clear rules – and communicated the potential consequences – to prevent all employees, including managers, from engaging in any form of discrimination, denigration, exclusion or insulting behaviour towards colleagues, whether inside or outside the company, including on social media and other digital platforms.
