Binovative Canvas

Business Model Strengthened by “Sustainability Impact”

It’s time to design your new business and projects with the realities of the 21st century in mind.

What is Binovative Canvas?

Binovative Canvas updates the classic Business Model structure with a single smart additional block – Sustainability Impact – enabling you to evaluate economic logic and environmental impact within the same framework.

This way, you can clearly see and measure the balance between the financial return of your innovation decisions and their environmental footprint.

Who is it for?

  • Startups and entrepreneurs

  • Intrapreneurs and corporate project teams

  • Strategy consultants

  • Incubation and acceleration programmes

  • Teams preparing investor presentations

Value Proposition

  • It takes into account the sustainability impact that other canvas models tend to ignore.

  • It allows you to keep using the familiar business model canvas structure without having to change your entire approach.

  • Compared to projects that overlook sustainability impact, it gives you a significant competitive advantage.

Why Is It Important?

The opportunity to easily integrate sustainability impacts into your design at the idea stage!

In today’s economy, it is no longer possible to build healthy and sustainable business models using the same methods we relied on ten years ago.

Global warming, investor ESG expectations and more conscious consumer behaviour are reshaping business models; trying to launch a new venture with canvases that ignore sustainability carries a high level of risk. Binovative Canvas makes these risks visible from the very beginning and helps you avoid costly mistakes.

Binovative Canvas turns environmental externalities such as carbon, energy, water and waste into an integral part of your business model, making them visible and measurable at the moment of decision-making. In this way, “impact” is no longer a separate report – it becomes a direct input into the way you design your business.

How Does It Work?

The “Sustainability Impact” block of the Binovative Canvas is built on a distinct tagging system:

Blue Labels : Environmental Benefits

Red Tags : Negative Effects

Rule : You can enter a maximum of 5 red labels on the canvas.

Impact on Revenue : Each red tag has a 20% negative impact on revenue.

In your workshops, replace traditional canvases with the Binovative Canvas. Focus on reducing the red tags and increasing the blue ones to lower revenue risks linked to sustainability factors.
