Innovation requires speed. The ability to test an idea quickly, and then, if it resonates with customers, bring it rapidly to life and turn it into a sustainable revenue model, is the key to success. However, for an innovation culture to truly take root within an organization, time is essential. Our core approach is built on one principle: all our internal and external stakeholders – in other words, our employees, business partners and suppliers – remain committed to the ethical values we have defined. In every engagement, staying true to these values and working principles is what makes us who we are.

Binovative is not just a consulting company; it is, above all, a builder of innovation management systems. Our goal is not to make our clients dependent on our services, but to empower them to manage their own innovation. When we design intrapreneurship and open innovation systems for organizations, our primary objective is to enable them, over time, to operate these systems on their own and in full autonomy.

Being Productive and Innovative
The DNA of our company is built on being both productive and innovative. The success of the services we have delivered so far comes from grounding everything we do in these two core objectives. Our experience has shown us that there is no miracle formula that fits every organization. We know that each company has its own needs and culture. That is why, instead of using ready-made frameworks or copying existing models, we set out to design solutions that best address the real needs of each organization. To understand and shape the future in the best possible way, we work continuously to renew and improve ourselves, our methods and our products.

Our philosophy is not based on delivering average or standard services. We focus on detail and excellence in everything we do. To differentiate ourselves from other players in the market, we have built our way of working around these two principles. Rather than providing a service that does not fully meet a client’s expectations, we prefer not to take on that engagement at all. Instead of making promises we cannot fully stand behind, we commit only to the areas where we are genuinely competent and can strive for true excellence.

Our human resources policy is built on one fundamental principle: every team member should be able to take responsibility in line with their competencies and acquire new skills. Thanks to our pragmatic approach, the different teams we build are able to design and deliver increasingly ambitious projects. Our code of ethics is binding not only for our company, but also for all other companies in which we directly or indirectly invest, as well as for all our employees. In Turkey and in every other country where we operate, acting in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, cultural values and good-faith principles – and ensuring that all our solution partners with whom we collaborate in different fields do the same – is at the core of our ethical values.

 

Our ethical principles place great importance on building fair and responsible relationships with all our clients and business partners. We strive to comply not only with legal and cultural requirements, but also with all topics covered by our sustainability policy, particularly environmental issues. In all social responsibility initiatives that fall outside the scope of our commercial activities, we make it a priority to ensure that these ethical principles are fully respected.

By implementing measures to prevent our employees and managers from making negative or disparaging statements about competitors offering similar services, we avoid entering into any relationship prohibited by competition law, including practices that may lead to a dominant market position, price alignment, or the sharing of sectors or geographic regions.
