Murat Peksavaş

Murat Peksavaş began his professional career in 1997 in the Strategic Planning Department of Koç Holding (a Fortune Global 200 Company) and, as a senior executive, went on to launch the Koç Innovation Program. Within this framework, he led the design and implementation of intrapreneurship and open innovation programmes for numerous Koç Group companies. He also served on the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors of Inventram, the Koç Group company focused on high-tech investments.

A licensed angel investor, author and TEDx speaker, Peksavaş was a member of TÜSİAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association) for 16 years, during which he chaired the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Working Group. This group develops projects aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship in Türkiye and improving collaboration between large corporations and startups. He has also served on numerous Special Expertise Commissions set up by the Ministry of Development to contribute to national development plans.

Murat Peksavaş graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University and completed his master’s degree at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. In addition to being a registered Turkish trademark and patent attorney, he is also a qualified European patent attorney.
