A booklet introducing the entrepreneurship ecosystem, particularly the startups participating in the fair, will be prepared for distribution to attendees at a sectoral fair in Turkey. Providing information highlighting the importance and advantages of collaborating with startups in the sector.
To identify investment or collaboration opportunities with startups operating in the company's sector, it is necessary to regularly conduct sectoral ecosystem monitoring activities. 'Ecosystem maps' prepared for various stakeholders within the company make it easier for everyone to easily understand the information gathered through monitoring. Using different marking methods, the mapping study displays competitors and startups with which it has collaborated or invested, enabling this information to be more quickly incorporated into the decision-making process.
SOLUTIONS WE DESIGNED
1
Designing the booklet format and submitting it to the fair organizers for approval
2
Compiling information about the startups selected to participate in the fair

Sectoral Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Booklet
The importance of startups in today's economy is growing daily. However, while most corporations regularly monitor their competitors in their respective sectors, they often fail to monitor startups within their own sector or those with which their competitors collaborate. This lack of monitoring leads to companies missing opportunities to collaborate with startups to develop their own businesses, such as through joint sales, R&D, or ProCs.
