Regional development agency and European Union funds, made available to civil society organizations and local governments in this area, have recently led to the establishment of new entrepreneurship centers in many regions of our country. However, to achieve the positive results mentioned above, it is crucial to plan and implement these centers sustainably.

For entrepreneurship centers to produce the expected results and be sustainable in their regions, all processes must be designed within a specific strategy. It is crucial that the value proposition they offer to entrepreneurs goes beyond a free office, and that an environment is created that allows entrepreneurs accepted into these centers to develop themselves and meet and collaborate with other stakeholders in the ecosystem. It is crucial to maintain contact with entrepreneurs who leave the entrepreneurship centers, monitor the reasons for their success or failure, and update and monitor the center's performance criteria.
