Designing an entrepreneurship program for university students organized by a civil society organization. Promoting the program to students at over 100 universities across Turkey, designing the program's annual processes and schedule. Providing jury, training, and mentoring support throughout the process.
Entrepreneurship programs should aim to create new entrepreneurs working in a specific sector or field or to strengthen existing ones, rather than simply following a competition format. To achieve this goal, programs should have clear, defined processes designed in a transparent manner, and the value propositions offered by the program, such as collaboration, ProC, joint R&D, sales, and investment, should be clarified, as should the opportunities offered by the program. In addition to the training and mentorship offered to entrepreneurs in entrepreneurship programs, the programs also provide free software, technical equipment, and opportunities to meet industry players significantly increase their added value.
Today, younger generations are increasingly interested in entrepreneurship programs. University students prefer to work in workplaces that serve as a continuation of campus life after university. Entrepreneurship has become a serious career option for Generation Z and the following generations. The age at which entrepreneurs begin their entrepreneurship journey is gradually decreasing. Entrepreneurs who develop an interest in this field during high school are beginning to put into practice the theoretical and practical knowledge they acquired during their university education. Entrepreneurship programs organized by various stakeholders offer opportunities for young people, and some companies are also using these programs to identify and recruit the right talent. Contrary to popular belief, there is no age limit for entrepreneurship. These programs are also attracting the attention of Generation X and Generation Y professionals who are looking to change jobs for various reasons.

Entrepreneurship Program for Youth
Periodic entrepreneurship programs, as well as entrepreneurship centers, are crucial for the development of the startup ecosystem. The number of programs organized by various economic actors, including civil society organizations, is increasing daily. However, the biggest problem in our country is that the vast majority of these programs are similar to each other and offer weak value propositions to entrepreneurs.
