For innovation to succeed, training programs must be supported by a strong mentoring process. Turning the theoretical knowledge shared in trainings and workshops into real-life practice depends on involving mentors who are specialised in entrepreneurship. It is also essential to design and implement mentoring in a way that does not add to employees’ daily workload, but instead fits smoothly into their existing responsibilities.
Innovation Strategy
Over the years, our mentoring experience with both entrepreneurs and corporations has led us to adopt a distinctive approach in this field. In the innovation programs we run inside companies, we have seen that mentoring limited only to employees has a relatively modest impact on cultural transformation. That is why we have expanded our mentoring model to also include the mid- and senior-level managers who design the innovation strategy and lead the program.
Our mentoring program for mid- and senior-level leaders is designed to strengthen cultural change by enhancing their ability to lead innovation.
